Implementing the HR Basics should take approximately 6-8 weeks. The implementation timeline may vary depending on other business priorities. Managers and supervisors should then turn their attention to developing individual Personal Action Plans to improve their people management skills using the tools provided in the Performance Management module.
Practicing these people management skills on a day-to-day basis and during the regular 1:1 coaching sessions with employees will contribute significantly to the company’s ability to meet its’ objectives and improve overall performance.
